This video focuses on a range of ways to bring more flexibility into the hips and is a easy/intermediate sequence. Always work respectfully into hip stretches, make sure there is no discomfort in your knees when opening the hips. Find a more gentle version of any postures that don't feel comfortable, for example sitting crossed legged is a great alternative to half lotus pose which we explore in this sequence. I also highly recommend taking at least a few minutes before practicing any yoga to dance around and shake a bit to get the blood flowing and prana glowing.
